Stuffed with basis beef, chicken or turkey.  Add corn, black beans and rice to brand a super flavorful filling!    I include a super easy oven broiled rice recipe too but you can also cook it stove top following package directions or fifty-fifty easier, buy it pre cooked!

  • ane pound lean ground beef ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup cooked white rice brown rice, quinoa or couscous
  • cup xanthous onion, chopped
  • two large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 6 whole peppers 2 green, two yellow, 2 red
  • 1 poblano pepper, seeded and chopped or i 6 ounce can roasted chilies
  • 1 loving cup tomato puree or tomato sauce
  • i cup yellowish corn fresh or thawed frozen
  • 1 cup blackness beans, drained and rinsed
  • ii tablespoons chili powder
  • ii teaspoons basis cumin
  • i teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/two cup grated mexican blend cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2.  For the i cup of rice, you can follow my easy oven broil recipe or just follow the directions on the package. To oven broil rice. In small casserole dish combine ane cup rice with ii cups very hot water. (I microwave water on high 2 minutes before adding to rice).   Cover tightly with foil and broil for 25 minutes.  You volition not demand all of the rice for this recipe.  Remove 1 loving cup and  save the residuum for another employ.

  3. Slice tops off of green peppers .  Remove seeds and veins.  Remove the stems from the tops of the pepper and chop up to utilise in the filling.
